Our Granada clinic works mostly on that scenario: full-arch rehabilitations planned in one go. The bone is studied on a CT scan, the position of every implant and the definitive bridge are designed digitally, and the work follows a closed plan.
Where the quality of the bone allows it we use immediate loading: the patient leaves with a fixed temporary bridge within hours of surgery, instead of spending months with a removable denture.

01 What exactly is a full rehabilitation?
It means giving function and appearance back to a whole arch — or both — with a single treatment plan, instead of repairing teeth one at a time. The bone is studied on a CT scan, the position of the implants and the definitive bridge are designed digitally, and the work follows that closed plan.
02 Will I leave surgery with teeth or wait months?
It depends on the quality and quantity of bone. Where it allows immediate loading, you leave with a fixed temporary bridge within hours of surgery. Where it does not, a transitional solution goes in until the implants integrate. That is known after the workup, not before, and we tell you plainly when presenting the plan.
03 Another clinic quoted me a very high figure. Do you give second opinions?
Yes, and for full rehabilitation it is particularly worth asking for one, because approaches differ widely between practices. Bring the quote and whatever imaging you have.
04 Do you see patients from the metropolitan area?
